ROOMCRAFT AI

RoomCraft AI Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026 · Last updated: September 22, 2026

RoomCraft AI helps you create AI-generated room, home and garden designs from photographs and design choices. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

1. Who is responsible for your information

RoomCraft AI ("we", "us" or "our") is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

For privacy questions or requests, contact newgenaiapps@gmail.com.

This Policy covers the RoomCraft AI mobile application, its design-processing services and communications with our support team.

2. Information we collect

Photos and design instructions. When you submit a design request, we receive the photo you selected and your instructions, such as the room type, design tool, style, colours and other customisation choices. We also process the resulting design. Photos may contain personal information visible in the scene or embedded in the submitted file. Please avoid including people, identity documents, addresses or other private details that are not needed for your design.

Project and installation information. The app creates an installation identifier and stores project identifiers, request status and information needed to deliver designs, recover interrupted requests and manage your projects. Our backend associates requests with a hashed version of the installation credential. These identifiers can distinguish an installation even though you do not create a named RoomCraft AI account.

Purchases and subscriptions. If you buy or restore credits or a subscription, we and our purchase-management provider process purchase records, product identifiers, transaction information, subscription status, entitlements and an app-user identifier. The relevant app store processes payment. RoomCraft AI does not receive your full payment-card number or card security code.

Usage information. We collect events such as selected preset styles, design requests, regenerations, saves, shares, watermark removal and review-prompt requests. These events include timestamps, app version, build, platform and relevant action outcomes, and are associated with a hashed installation identifier. The app's usage-event records do not contain your uploaded photo or custom design text. They are pseudonymous records, rather than necessarily anonymous information.

Feedback and support. If you submit feedback, we receive your message, category, screen or feature context, and an optional reply email. The feedback report includes app version, build number, operating-system information and device model. The feedback form does not automatically attach your photos or hardware device identifiers. Information you choose to write in your message is included in the report.

Connection and operational information. Servers and service providers receive information needed to handle connections, such as IP addresses and request details. Operational logs may record request times, errors and related technical information used to maintain and secure the service.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to:

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested services, legitimate interests for proportionate security, support and service analytics where those interests are not overridden by your rights, legal obligations where applicable, and consent where required. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already carried out lawfully.

Providing a photo and design instructions is necessary to generate a design. A reply email is optional, but we may be unable to reply to feedback without it. This Policy explains our practices; reading or using the app does not itself supply consent for processing that requires a separate choice.

4. AI image processing

Your submitted photo and design instructions are processed on server infrastructure to produce your requested design. Image generation is not performed entirely on your device.

No AI training. RoomCraft AI does not use your personal information, uploaded photos, design instructions or generated designs to train or fine-tune AI models.

Generating a design does not automatically publish your photo or design to a public gallery. If you use a sharing feature, the image is passed to the app or recipient you select, whose own privacy practices apply.

5. Device access and local storage

You choose the photo to submit using the device's image picker. Selecting a photo is not permission to upload your entire library. Saving a design may require photo or storage permission, depending on your device and operating-system version. You can manage permissions in your device settings; refusing a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.

RoomCraft AI stores information on your device, including project images and records, installation information, credit-balance information, pending requests and reports or usage events waiting to be sent. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove this information. Device or cloud backups may retain copies according to your settings and the backup provider's practices.

Images exported to your photo gallery or shared with another app remain there until you remove them separately. Uninstalling RoomCraft AI does not cancel an app-store subscription or automatically erase server records.

6. Who receives information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information as needed for the purposes described in this Policy to:

Service providers handling information on our behalf are subject to applicable data-protection obligations and appropriate contractual restrictions. App stores and other independent services also process information under their own privacy policies.

7. International processing

Our image-processing infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Your submitted photos and design instructions are therefore transferred to and processed in the United States. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

8. How long we keep information

Successfully delivered images. After a generated design has been successfully delivered to your device, we immediately delete the uploaded original and generated image from our servers, including temporary image copies. A copy saved on your device remains under your control.

Failed or cancelled requests. We delete the uploaded photo and any partial or generated output immediately once the request is marked failed or cancellation is completed.

Undelivered results. If generation succeeds but the result cannot be delivered, we retain the uploaded original and generated result for up to 24 hours after generation completes to allow delivery retries. We delete both immediately if delivery succeeds sooner, or when the 24-hour period expires.

Local projects. Designs and related records saved on your device remain subject to your use of the app, project-removal functions and device storage or backup settings. Gallery exports and shared copies are managed separately.

Technical logs and project-status records. We retain these records in active systems for up to 30 days after they are created, then delete them. Logs do not contain uploaded or generated image content.

Usage analytics. We retain installation-linked usage records in active systems for up to 90 days after collection, then delete them. We may retain anonymous aggregate totals that cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your installation.

Feedback and support. We retain reports and correspondence while resolving the request and for up to 90 days after resolution, then delete them from active systems. We may retain relevant records longer if needed for an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation.

Server backups. We maintain a rolling backup cycle of no more than 30 days. Uploaded originals, generated images and temporary image files are excluded from these backups. Other records deleted from active systems may remain in restricted backup copies for up to 30 additional days before those copies expire. If a backup is restored, applicable deletions are reapplied. This server-backup policy does not control backups made by your device or services you choose to use.

Purchase and legal records. We retain purchase records while needed for subscriptions, purchase restoration and applicable legal obligations. App stores and purchase providers retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations. Where a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention of other records, we retain only the relevant information and limit its use to that purpose.

9. Removing projects and requesting deletion

The project's Remove function removes the project from the app's project view and may also initiate request cancellation or server-status cleanup. Removing a project does not itself erase every associated record. Server images are deleted according to Section 8; technical records, support records and purchase records follow their separate retention periods.

To request deletion of personal information held by RoomCraft AI, email our privacy contact with the subject "RoomCraft AI Privacy Request". Where available, include the relevant project or request reference, approximate generation date or support email so we can locate the information. Do not send passwords, installation credentials or full payment-card details.

We may request proportionate additional information to verify your request. Because the app does not require a named account, some records may be difficult to locate if you have already cleared app data. We will explain any information we need, any applicable retention exception and the outcome within the time required by applicable law.

10. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to be informed about processing, access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a portable copy of eligible information, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Contact us using the details in Section 1 to exercise a right, including an objection to usage analytics. The app does not currently provide a dedicated analytics opt-out setting. We will assess requests under the applicable law and explain any limits that apply.

You may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction, as provided by applicable data protection laws. You do not need to contact us first to exercise a right to complain.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration and loss. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We will respond to personal-data breaches and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

Please protect access to your device and avoid including unnecessary personal information in photos, custom instructions or feedback.

12. Children

RoomCraft AI is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to RoomCraft AI, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, subject to applicable legal obligations.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the service, our practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Any material new use of personal information will be subject to the applicable legal requirements.
